McNair is advancing how we plan and support projects with artificial intelligence and agentic tools - assistants that help research, draft, check, and coordinate work under human direction. That includes:

• AI-assisted design support: options, documentation, and coordination alongside traditional architectural and engineering practice
• Home IT and connected systems: planning and integration for networks, controls, and digital infrastructure in the home

About

David G. McNair, Jr., President, holds an engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and has worked in construction since 1974. McNair Building Construction, Inc. was incorporated in 1983 and is celebrating 44 years of Low Country development - serving Hilton Head Island and the surrounding region as builder and local developer. The firm holds an unlimited-cost South Carolina contractor license.
